  • These terms apply to retailers, dealers, mechanics, and bulk buyers.
  • We reserve the right to modify terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
  • All transactions are subject to product availability.

2. Ordering & Payments

Placing Orders

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment verification.
  • You must provide accurate business/purchase details (GSTIN for tax invoices).

Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are in INR (exclusive of taxes & shipping).
  • We accept:
    • UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay)
    • Credit/Debit Cards
    • Net Banking
    • Bank Transfers
  • Bulk orders (>₹50,000) require a 50% advance payment.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Domestic (India)

  • Shipping via Delhivery, Bluedart, etc.
  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days (subject to location).
  • Free shipping on orders above ₹5,000.

Delays & Lost Shipments

  • Not liable for delays caused by couriers, natural disasters, or customs.
  • Lost/damaged packages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
  • No returns for:
    • Customized wiring kits.
    • Products damaged due to incorrect installation.

5. Product Warranty

  • Warranty period: [X] months from purchase date.
  • Covers manufacturing defects only (excludes physical damage, misuse).

    • Proof of purchase
    • Images/videos of defects

6. Intellectual Property

    • Indirect damages (lost profits, business interruptions).
    • Improper installation or product misuse.

  • Disputes will be resolved in Rajkot courts.
