1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns or refunds only under these conditions:
✅ Damaged/Defective Products: If the product arrives damaged or malfunctions.
✅ Wrong Item Shipped: If you receive an incorrect product.
✅ Packaging Errors: Missing components or wrong quantity.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse.
  • Custom-made wiring kits (unless defective).
  • Items purchased more than 15 days ago.

2. Return Process

Step 1: Notify Us Within 7 Days

Step 2: Return Authorization (RA)

  • Our team will verify the issue and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Do not return items without an RA number – they will not be processed.

Step 3: Ship Back the Product

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.

Pack securely in the original packaging.

Ship to our warehouse (address provided in RA email).

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the product:
🔹 Approved Refunds:

  • Processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
  • Partial refunds may apply for used/opened items.

🔹 Replacements:

Shipped within 3–5 days (India) / 7–10 days (international).

4. Warranty Claims

Our products come with a [X]-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Tampering or unauthorized repairs.

Submit claims via email with proof of purchase.

Warranty does not cover:

Physical damage (cuts, burns, water damage).

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to 10% restocking fees.
